About the Teaching Artist
Zyria Guillory is a Louisiana-based choreographer, educator, and Performing Arts Coordinator. She currently works for the Acadiana Center for the Arts, where she connects schools and communities through live performance, arts education, and creative outreach.
A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management while performing with the Lionette Dance Team. Zyria also serves as Assistant Director of the Hamilton Academy Performance Company and as a PACE Movement Artist within the Lafayette Parish School System.
Her performance and choreographic credits include Send in the Clowns by Nicole Curtis and Ten Tiny Dances under Whitney Willis Hebert. Zyria’s work reflects her commitment to storytelling, accessibility, and community-driven artistry by bridging education, culture, and movement with heart and purpose.
